11.11 Productions presents Boy's Life by Howard Korder, writer and Emmy Award-winning executive producer of Boardwalk Empire and directed by Sebastien Blanc.

An acclaimed production of the Pulitzer Prize-nominated American play Boy's Life, by Howard Korder, is to transfer to the King's Head Theatre following a sold-out run at the Etcetera Theatre in Camden.

Boy's Life, a one-act drama, will run for 4 weeks from Sunday 2 June - Sunday 23 June, playing on Sundays and Mondays. Press Night is Monday 3 June at 7.15pm.

Korder, currently a writer and Executive Producer of the hit Sky Atlantic show Boardwalk Empire, was nominated for the 1983 Pulitzer Prize when he penned Boy's Life, about the "battle of the sexes".

Transporting us back to the sexy, 'in vogue' days of 1988 in New York, when the western economy and capitalism where riding high, it tells the hilarious story of three former college pals, making it big in the city and with the women of their desires. It highlights how, in a fast changing world of sexual politics, a group of twenty-something American lads get caught in a state of arrested development and struggle with the concept of the "new man".

Howard Korder is currently one of the world's most poignant writers. As well as Boardwalk Empire, his play Search and Destroy was adapted into a film in 1995. Among the screenplays he has written are The Passion of Ayn Rand and Lakeview Terrace.

A quarter of a century later, Sebastien Blanc's revival of Boys' Life, specially commissioned by 11:11 Productions, affords us a look back in time, to relationships between the sexes when the going is good. Has austerity changed the patterns or are they still the same?

Cast: Anna Brooks-Beckman, Matthew Crowley, Charlotte Gascoyne, Luke Trebilcock, Abi Unwin-Smith, Kellie Jane Walters and Max Warrick.
