Bright Star is a sweeping tale of love and redemption set in the American South during the 1920s and 1940s. This emotional story weaves two chapters in the life of literary editor Alice Murphy and an ambitious young soldier just home from World War II. Their connection helps discover a stunning secret with the power to transform their lives. LTA's Covid-19 Attendance Policy requires all persons attending performances to provide proof of full Covid vaccination AND to wear a mask inside LTA (including during the performance), and this applies to all persons regardless of age. Anyone not vaccinated, or who is too young for vaccination, must provide (or have provided for them), proof of a negative Covid test taken within 72 hours of attendance.
