He's sung on Broadway in Sondheim on Sondheim and Taboo and regionally in Signature Theatre's Chess. Now, Scottish singer Euan Morton performs in this theater cabaret series curated by Broadway legend Barbara Cook.
Euan Morton, a native of Scotland, was "born with a voice people wanted to listen to" (The Baltimore Sun). Originating the role of Boy George in the musical Taboo, Euan moved to New York in 2003 to reprise the role on Broadway, earning Tony(r), Drama Desk, Outer Critics Circle, and Drama League Award nominations, as well as the Theatre World Award for Outstanding Broadway Debut. Since then he's been wowing audiences in New York and D.C. He starred in Signature Theatre's Chess, returned to Broadway in Sondheim on Sondheim, and released solo recordings. After performing in a kilt on the Millennium Stage in 2010 as a tribute to his countryman Robert Burns, Euan returns to the Center with his warm stage presence, tingling tenor, and Scottish charm.
