The Atlanta Youth Wind Symphony (AYWS) delivers an exciting, all-American concert experience in Coast to Coast!, an innovative program celebrating iconic composers from across the U.S. Enjoy a tribute to the legacy of Leonard Bernstein in celebration of his birth centenary, a special in-memoriam performance of David Maslanka’s "California", and more. Colonel Jason Fettig, Commander of “The President’s Own” United States Marine Band, will also join the ensemble as a special guest. You won’t want to miss this dynamic program by Atlanta’s finest youth musicians!

The AYWS has appeared on Public Radio International's acclaimed radio program "From the Top" with pianist Christopher O'Riley, and has performed at Walt Disney Concert Hall, Carnegie Hall, and Lincoln Center, among others. The elite ensemble also frequently performs commissioned compositions, as well as world and regional premieres, and partners regularly with guest composers, soloists, and conductors of national renown.
