From the Hippodrome Theatre in Baltimore:

Baltimore announced today that the first week of the two week engagement of DIRTY ROTTEN SCOUNDRELS has been cancelled.  The cancelled performances which were to take place November 21 through November  26, will not be rescheduled.  "The Thanksgiving holiday week has proven challenging to ticket sales for the first week of DIRTY ROTTEN SCOUNDRELS, but performances beginning on November 28th and running through December 3rd will take place as originally planned," said Marks Chowning, Executive Director of the France-Merrick Performing Arts Center, home of the Hippodrome Theatre.  DIRTY ROTTEN SCOUNDRELS, one of the largest shows currently touring, is in the middle of a multi-city national tour.

Patrons who hold tickets for the cancelled performances may either exchange their tickets for a performance in the November 28 through December 3rd performance week or may seek a refund at their original point of purchase.  Season ticket holders should call the Broadway Across America Service Center at 1-800-343-3103 for assistance, while non-subscription ticket purchases should contract their original point of purchase:  Ticketmaster: 410.547. SEAT or the Hippodrome Theatre: 410.837.7400.
