PRICELE$, a new documentary about how special interest campaign cash shapes our political process, will premiere on March 11th at the Washington, D.C. Independent Film Festival. Director Steve Cowan, with Habitat Media, will be on hand to discuss the film.
"Our elections are more squarely in the hands of wealthy special interests than ever before," said Nick Nyhart, president and CEO of Public Campaign, and interviewed for the film. "With a deft touch and some humor as well, Steve has summed up perfectly our broken political system: campaign cash buys access and influence, while the voices of everyday Americans are shut out of the process."
