MCC's 35th Season to Feature Lithgow, FROST/NIXON, et al.

The McLean Community Center (MCC) is commemorating its thirty fifth year of serving residents of Small District One A-Dranesville with a month-long celebration. The highlight of the month will be a 35th Anniversary Gala to be held at 8 pm. on Saturday, Oct. 16, featuring a performance by award-winning actor John Lithgow in the Alden Theatre, which will be followed by a reception. The Center is located at 1234 Ingleside Avenue.
 
In addition, MCC and its community partners will present a variety of 35th Anniversary performances and events during the month of October.

McLean Community Players presents
Frost/Nixon - Final Weekend
Friday and Saturday, Oct. 1 and 2, at 8 p.m., in the Alden Theatre
Tickets: $19, $17 for senior and students, $15 McLean tax district residents
The behind-the-scenes story of how David Frost, a minor-league talk show host, got exclusive rights to four, hour-long interviews with the disgraced former president.

3rd Annual McLean 5K Run, Walk & Roll Saturday Oct 2, 7 a.m.-2 p.m.
