La Ti Do's 4th Annual Gay Pride and Trans Celebration Shows will run as part of the La Ti Do Cabaret Series this month. See Washington, DC and NYC's best and brightest stars this summer!
Every year, La Ti Do celebrates LGBTQIA+ and specifically highlights Trans artists during Pride Month in Washington, DC. With word of Capital Pride moving their annual cabaret to the fall, La Ti Do's Pride Celebration Show becomes Washington, DC's only show highlighting musical and spoken word talent in one setting this year.
Additionally, it is the fourth year that La Ti Do will host a show specifically for artists who identify as Trans. A highly successful show, it features the first published Trans woman of color Lady Dane Figueroa Edidi and Trans artists from both Washington, DC and New York City, NY. Proceeds from this show will benefit community leader Monica Stevens and her activism efforts.
It all takes place at Bistro Bistro DC at 1727 Connecticut Ave, NW, Washington, DC 20009 (1 block north from the north exit of the Dupont Circle Metro Stop, Red Line).
