Robin Givens will join the company of Broadway's smash hit musical CHICAGO making her Broadway debut as Roxie Hart on January 16th, 2006 and continue through March 26th.

After starting out in modeling, Robin Givens began her career on television on "The Bill Cosby Show". From there, her TV career has included roles on "Moesha", "Diff'rent Strokes", "In the House", "The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air", "Cosby", "DAG" as well as numerous appearances on "The Howard Stern Show". Her most notable television role was that of Darlene Merriman in the TV sitcom "Head of the Class". TV movies include: "Beverly Hills Madam" "Michael Jordan: An American Hero", and "Spinning Out of Control" In 1989 Robin starred opposite Oprah Winfrey in "The Women of Brewster Place." "Film credits include: "Boomerang", "Head of State", "Flip the Script", "Hollywood Wives: The New Generation", "Everything's Jake", "4-Bidden", "Love Chronicles" and "A Good Night to Die".

CHICAGO, produced by Barry and Fran Weissler, is now in its 9th year at the Ambassador Theatre, 219 West 49th Street. In November, the show which is Broadway's longest running revival, will enter its record-breaking year 10!
