The evening will feature captivating live entertainment from the 2016 Weston Company, as well as live and video tributes and film clips. Following the event, we also offer the exciting opportunity for a private dinner with Christopher Lloyd and special guests.
Manchester Designer Outlets is proud to sponsor the first annual WESTON HONORS in honor of Ben Hauben, MDO founder, developer of quality products, patron of the arts, and visionary.
Christopher Lloyd's theatre career began on the Weston Playhouse stage with A Shot in the Dark in 1964. He went on to perform in over 200 plays on and off Broadway, as well as continuing to star in roles at Weston, such as Sherlock Holmes (1990) and most recently, Death of a Salesman (2010). His film career has included roles in both classic favorites and cult hits including Who Framed Roger Rabbit, Clue, The Addams Family and Addams Family Values, and of course, the iconic Doc Brown in the Back to the Future trilogy, among many others.
The Weston Playhouse Theatre Company is celebrating its 80th anniversary season. Dedicated to "celebrating the classics and nurturing the new," Weston is preparing to break ground on a new, flexible Second Stage that will allow it to expand its production season and provide a year-round home for community activities and national programs for incubation, innovation, and inspiration.
WESTON HONORS will take place at the Southern Vermont Arts Center in Manchester, VT, on Sunday, August 7th at 7:00 pm. Event tickets are $60.
