This adaption was created by the Manhattan Project under the directions of Andre Gregory in 1972 and was inspired by both Alice's Adventures in Wonderland and Through the Looking Glass. This version of Alice was a seminal work for the period that met with international acclaim. It uses the original text by Lewis Carroll but takes of advantage of all kinds of theatricality and adds some dark twists and turns to Alice's adventure.
