Stone's Throw Productions, in association with Pacific Theatre, brings you a fresh take on Hamlet, Shakespeare's classic tragedy.
25 years ago, the queen of Denmark gave birth to a baby girl in a country that desperately needed a male heir. Hamlet, born a woman, is forced to disguise herself as a man in order to survive the cutthroat world she was born into. Now, in the wake of her father's sudden death and her mother's marriage to her uncle, Hamlet will need to find a way to navigate a court of murderous intrigue.
Discover a compelling story about who we are and who we pretend to be.
