The Countdown is On to the UK Premiere Tour Of New LET IT BE Show ImageThe countdown is on until Let It Be opens in Cardiff in three weeks, when fans will be able to see the new show in the UK and Ireland for the very first time.

Let It Be: A Celebration Of The Music Of The Beatles has firmly established itself as a successful West End and international touring show.

The smash-hit stage show has been updated to feature a brand new Let It Be Part II - which has never been seen before in the UK - and returns to stages across the UK and Ireland for a new national tour starting in Summer 2018.

The new second half is set a decade after The Beatles went their separate ways. It gives fans a rare glimpse of how the Fab Four could have performed together once again. The concert that never was.

The updated Let It Be production will be premiered in the UK when it opens at Cardiff's Wales Millennium Centre on Tuesday 21 August 2018.

The show will then embark on a UK and Ireland tour visiting the Everyman in Cheltenham; Liverpool Empire; Nottingham's Royal Concert Hall; the Gaiety Theatre in Dublin; New Theatre in Hull; Edinburgh's Playhouse Theatre; Orchard Theatre in Dartford; and Manchester' Opera House.

The show will then head to Europe and overseas, with the international tour taking in countries including Germany and North America.

Let It Be: A Celebration Of The Music Of The Beatles focuses on the phenomenal music of The Beatles, and has already been seen by more than two million people worldwide, including an acclaimed run in the West End and two UK tours. And now the team behind the international hit stage show have come together once again to create a very special show.

Beatles fans are invited to join John, Paul, George and Ringo for a great night of live music - from the early beginnings to the height of Beatlemania. In a twist from the original Let It Be show, audiences will then be taken on a Magical Mystery Tour to experience the concert that never was, when Part II of Let It Be gives audiences the rare opportunity to see The Beatles reunite for one night only.

West End producer Mark Goucher, also CEO at The Everyman Theatre Cheltenham, has struck a deal with Canadian Producer Jeff Parry to take over the commercial running of the worldwide hit Beatles musical. The new tour will lead onto a tie up with German producers BB for an extended tour in Germany. It is also hoped that the show will return to a London theatre in late 2018 or early 2019.

A cast of talented musicians will play the Fab Four. The performers have already toured the show to entertain on some of the biggest stages in the world including Broadway.

Michael Gagliano from Woking will play John Lennon; Emanuele Angeletti from Italy is Paul McCartney; Irish/Australian John Brosnan as George Harrison; and Ben Cullingworth, from Market Harborough in Leicestershire will play Ringo Starr. The band will be joined on stage throughout the tour by musical director Michael Bramwell on keyboards.

Producer Jeff Parry comments: "It's a very exciting time as we count down to the UK premiere of the new show in Cardiff in just three weeks. The cast are about to go into rehearsals and that's when the magic really begins - as Michael, Emanuele, John and Ben come together as a band and prepare to wow audiences with their effortless and indistinguishable portrayal as John, Paul, George and Ringo. It's going to be a very special, memorable show."

Let It Be: A Celebration Of The Music Of The Beatles is the ultimate experience for Beatles fans, and features many of the Fab Four's best loved songs including She Loves You; Twist and Shout; Day Tripper; Penny Lane; and I Want To Hold Your Hand.
