This summer The Berry Theatre has a great selection of affordable events for young people and their families to enjoy.
Family favourite Saturday Storytime returns 26th May for two interactive storytelling sessions for young people aged 3-7 years old. Magical characters guide you in an interactive play time that is packed full of adventure.
On Thursday 31st May Howard Read presents Little Howard and the Magic Pencil of Life and Death. An animated adventure suitable for everyone aged 5 and up, this witty 3D theatre show features interactive stand-up and sing-along-songs.
The venue hosts Two Day Play on Tuesday 29th and Wednesday 30th May; an opportunity for young people aged 7-18 years old to create a piece of theatre alongside creative professionals and present that work to family and friends. The two-day event will spark the imagination, build confidence and inspire the young people involved. Tickets to take part are £75.
On Friday 1st June Get Lost and Found presents Mischief and Mystery in Moominvalley, a fantastic introduction to theatre for young people. Perfect fun for children aged 4-7 years old, the show features magical puppetry, original music and interactive play that will delight young audiences.
On select family theatre shows The Berry Theatre offers families of four and five a special ticket offer of £24 or £28.
