When The Woman In Black returns to Swindon, on Monday 7 January, she will be accompanied by special guests Susan Hill and Paul Devlin.
Almost a year after the film adaptation's worldwide cinema release, the original spine-chilling stage play returns to the Wyvern to thrill Wiltshire audiences once more. Theatregoers will also be able to enjoy a selection of free, ticketed events centred around the play's content and connections with the spiritual and paranormal world.
Renowned local specialist Paul Devlin will offer insights into his work and engagement with the Spiritual world and present his team's findings from their recent paranormal investigation of the Wyvern Theatre after the show on Tuesday 8 January.
Author of The Woman In Black, Susan Hill will host an exclusive Q&A and book signing session as she talks about the book's transition from stage to screen on Wednesday 9 January at 12 mid-day.
"The Woman In Black is a very special story and an exceptional play," says Theatre Director Derek Aldridge. "I am thrilled that we will have some very special Swindon events to accompany the production - it promises to be a spine-tingling January at the Wyvern."
This host of events will be free to all those who purchase a ticket for performances of The Woman In Black, when it runs at the Wyvern Theatre from Monday 7 - Saturday 12 January. Make sure you're part of this paranormal week, book online at wyverntheatre.org.uk or call the Ticket Office on 01793 524 481.
