Building on a line-up that encompasses soul, disco, hip-hop and house, SuncéBeat festival has just announced a further selection of names for their eighth edition next 19th - 26th July in Croatia's picturesque resort site, The Garden Tisno.

Joining a legion of pioneering artists that have fundamentally shaped house music's trajectory - the likes of David Morales, DJ Spen and Karizma have already been revealed - the latest wave sees Kerri Chandler join the bill who's widely credited as one of the most important innovators of modern deep house, soulful house and garage. Original reggae selector David Rodigan will represent the soundclash movement he's championed for over thirty years as he makes his SuncéBeat debut, plus sets also confirmed from the masterful Dennis Ferrer and one third of the Three Chairs super group, Marcellus Pittmann.

Delano Smith will also fly the flag for Detroit techno, with Amsterdam duo and Heist Recordings founder's Detroit Swindle offering a masterclass in beautifully-crafted house and disco. A slew of up-and-coming talents including Voyeur and Peggy Gou sit alongside soul and funk figures Mr Thing and Antal, whilst Japan's Satoshi Tomie further emphasizes SuncéBeat's hugely diverse music offering. All set against the beautiful backdrop of the Adriatic Sea, this week-long celebration of electronic music is widely renowned for its feel good focus that's been at the forefront of the festival team's ethos for more than three decades now.

With SuncéBeat entering its eight year, the festival is backed by a wealth of musical experience that comes from the long-standing legacy created by it's UK counterpart, Southport Weekender. Having successfully ran for 28 years and curated 52 heartfelt events before coming to a close in 2015, SuncéBeat offers a sun-drenched taste of its much-loved predecessor, and promises to continue its uplifting musical journey with as much enthusiasm as ever before.
