After a sell-out run in summer 2010, Hamish Macdougall's production of R.J. Purdey's office tragicomedy returns to the c*ckTavern with hilarious Michael Cusick in the role of Finch.
In a desolate corner of the offices of Gentlemen Prefer... magazine, far from the cutting edge of contemporary journalism, sit an Englishman, a Scotsman and a Welshman. Their life is no joke. They're doing the things sub-editors do - correcting spelling, trying to come up with headlines, bitching about the ineptitude of the magazine's writers - and dreaming of the improved existences they might lead if only they could get off the subs' bench...
"Purdey's own experiences as a subeditor make for realistic, snappy dialogue..."The c*ckTavern Theatre, 125 Kilburn High Road NW6 6JH,
