Speckulation Entertainment will celebrate three upcoming musical theatre albums with live launches at the West End's opulent and prestigious Delfont Room at the Prince of Wales Theatre. Helena Blackman: The Sound of Rodgers & Hammerstein, The Michael Bruce Album and Paul Spicer: Love Songs & Lullabies will all receive their live performance debuts the night ahead of release in this lavishly resplendent Delfont Mackintosh venue.

TV's ‘Maria' finalist Helena Blackman starts the season on Sunday 13th February 2011 with number one classical charting artist Jonathan Ansell and West End regular Daniel Boys as special guests. Best known as runner-up in the BBC's How Do You Solve a Problem Like Maria?, she performs tracks from her debut solo album The Sound of Rodgers & Hammerstein, celebrating her ongoing association with this legendary musical theatre writing duo. The album is released on 14th February 2011, to coincide with Valentine's Day, but will be available for the first time on the night at a special one-time-only price.

Next in the season, the award-winning composer Michael Bruce takes to the stage on Sunday 20th March 2011 to showcase songs from his debut self-titled release The Michael Bruce Album. Easily the most commercially promising new composer of the last two decades, he is joined by talent including Avenue Q's Julie Atherton and Paul Spicer. Michael recently composed the music to Josie Rourke's Men Should Weep at the National, and is writing the score to Sonia Friedman's upcoming production of Much Ado About Nothing starring David Tennant and Catherine Tate. He won the Notes for the Stage composition competition, the Musical Theatre Matters Most Promising New Musical Award at the Edinburgh Festival, and is currently Composer in Residence for the Bush.
Completing the trio is Speckulation's very own Paul Spicer, who celebrates ten years of performing on the professional stage with the launch of his much anticipated debut album Love Songs & Lullabies on Sunday 15th May 2011. A selection of songs that have each represented emotional turning points in Paul's life, the album is a personal insight under the skin of this charismatic performer, retracing the footsteps of his journey and proving a startlingly honest reminder that love songs aren't only romantic and lullabies don't always sooth. It is released to coincide with Paul's 30th birthday on Tuesday 17th May 2011.

The live launches will be held in the Delfont Room of the Prince of Wales Theatre. Tickets are 30 pounds for seating and 20 for standing.  Call the box office at 0844 482 5110 or visit www.delfontmackintosh.co.uk.

All of the upcoming albums are available to pre-order at www.amazon.co.uk and www.dresscircle.co.uk and on iTunes two weeks prior to each album's release date.
