In 2015, Seabright Productions - an independent commercial theatre production company based in London and led by James Seabright - produced shows around the UK and abroad, including West End seasons for Potted Sherlock (Vaudeville) and Showstopper! The Improvised Musical (Apollo), UK tours of It's A Wonderful Life, Outings and The Only Way Is Downton, plus international tours of Potted Potter (US & Canada) America's Got Downton (US) andUpside Downton (Toronto) and Edinburgh fringe premieres. •DINOSAUR PARK
Superbolt Theatre's parody of Jurassic Park, a multiple award-winner for its 2015 seasons at the Vaults Festival and Edinburgh Fringe, launches in an updated two-act version at St James Theatre, London, on 5 Jan (previews from 2 Jan, run continues to 23 Jan) ahead of tours in Australia, the UK and beyond.
•POTTED SHERLOCK
Following its Edinburgh and London premieres in 2014/15, Dan and Jeff's fourth show begins its international life in January 2016 with a US tour opening near Toronto and playing in venues across the USA. All sixty Sherlock Holmes stories are compressed into eighty minutes of frenetic performance.
•WHAT WOULD SPOCK DO?
Jon Brittain's play, which we premiered at Edinburgh Fringe 2015 to strong reviews, is a romantic comedy about life as a Star Trek fan, performed by Sam Donnelly. It tours the UK on either side of visiting Australian festivals in the spring, with London dates to be confirmed.
•SHOWSTOPPER! THE IMPROVISED MUSICAL
Following its first full West End season, a 10-week run at the Apollo Theatre which was lead produced and general managed by Seabright Productions, Showstopper! will return to Shaftesbury Avenue in 2016 - details to be announced at the final performance on Saturday, with tickets going on sale next week.
•SHAKESPEARE UNTOLD
These family-friendly retellings of Shakespeare plays were created at Shakespeare's Globe and, following a five-starpremiere at the Edinburgh Fringe 2015, will tour the UK April & May 2016 to coincide with the Shakespeare 400 celebrations, followed by a London season in June 2016 to be announced.
•THE REMAINS OF TOM LEHRER (PERFORMED BY ADAM KAY)
Best known for the cult London Underground Song and original comedy songs as Amateur Transplants, Adam Kay turns his attention to the satirical songbook of Tom Lehrer, bringing a contemporary twist to this classic material. West End concerts to be announced for April, with various summer dates at UK festivals.
•BLACK IS THE COLOR OF MY VOICE
Apphia Campbell's solo show, inspired by the life and career of Nina Simone, embarks on its first UK tour - beginning with dates in London, and performed as a double bill with her cabaret Soul Sessions. The production has already been seen twice at the Edinburgh Fringe, in the Bahamas and Shanghai.
•THINK NO EVIL OF US: MY LIFE WITH KENNETH WILLIAMS
David Benson premiered his classic solo about the much-missed entertainer in 1996. Since then he's created 12 new solos as well as acting in shows such as the original cast of One Man, Two Guvnors and the title role in Boris: World King. In 2016 he marks the 20th anniversary of his original solo with a 20-week tour.

•THE SORCERER'S APPRENTICE - A new musical version of the classic Goethe story, written by Ben Frost and Richard Hough. Workshop in spring 2016 ahead of full premiere production plans to be announced.
•WAITING FOR GOD - The cherished 1990s BBC sitcom by Michael Aitkens, will be staged for the first time in a script by the Aitkens for a touring production directed by David Grindley.
