The Royal Albert Hall was built to fulfil the vision of Prince Albert (Queen Victoria's consort) of a 'Central Hall' that would be used to promote understanding and appreciation of the Arts and Sciences and would stand at the heart of the South Kensington estate, surrounded by museums and places of learning.

Cirque du Soleil: TOTEM

Due to overwhelming demand, Cirque du Soleil return to London with their hugely popular and record-breaking show, TOTEM.
Inspired by founding myths, this spectacular production traces the journey of the human species from its original amphibian state to its ultimate desire to fly.

No opera matches the grandeur and spectacle of Verdi’s Aida. This spectacular new in-the-round production will recreate a world of eternal love within the ruins of Ancient Egypt. This epic work explores the devastating consequences of a classic love triangle and gave Verdi the perfect opportunity to compose some of his most poignant arias and powerful music, including the famous TriumpHal March.
