Richmond Theatre Invites 8-16 Year-Olds for their Youth Musical Theatre Company

Calling all 8-16 year olds, Richmond Theatre needs you! They are looking for participants to act, sing and dance in a youth musical theatre company and by doing so automatically gain an audition place for their very first big youth musical.

Each Saturday morning, during term time, Richmond Theatre runs its Youth Musical Theatre Company. Participants work on famous musical theatre scripts and songs and dances from favourite musicals with experienced directors, choreographers and musicians. Next summer, Richmond Theatre will be staging its very first big youth musical and all participants in the Youth Musical Theatre Company will automatically gain the opportunity to audition. To those outside the group audition will be by invite only. Nikki Ward, director of Richmond Theatre's Youth Musical Theatre Company said: "Our Youth Musical Theatre Company is a great foundation for young people who want to perform. This is an amazing chance to gain more experience in the first start of the year to then automatically have an audition place to star in one of the most famous musicals ever!"

Places are strictly limited and available on a first come, first served basis. Therefore prompt booking is strongly recommended to be guaranteed a place.
