Piano Bar Announces Spring And Summer Dates 5/28, 6/11, 6/25 and 7/9

The next four dates for Show Off! will be Friday 28 May 2010, Friday 11 June 2010, Friday 25 June 2010 and Friday 9 July 2010. All will take place at Cafe Koha in Covent Garden.

Experienced cabaret performer Nathan Martin acts as Musical Director, with West End veteran Marissa Dunlop hosting each evening. On Friday the 11th of June, stage and screen star Nicole Faraday will be hosting Show Off! alongside Show Off! Musical Director Nathan Martin.

Show Off! features musical theatre songs both old and new, from standards to little-known treasures. Audience members are encouraged to join in by signing up to sing a song or two. Show Off! had its debut on 6 March 2010 at Cafe Koha, and has continued on selected nights in March, April and May 2010.

The doors open at 8 p.m. each night, with the live music starting at 9 p.m. Food and drink are available from 8 p.m. to 1 a.m. each night.

Cafe Koha is located at 11 St Martin's Court, London WC2 4AJ, behind Wyndham's Theatre.

Singer/pianist NATHAN MARTIN has performed extensively in concert and cabaret all over the world. Last year he was seen at London's Pizza On The Park in Jeff Harnar's The 1959 Broadway Songbook, having previously played five solo engagements there, including Facing The Music - the Fred Astaire songbook. He was also seen there in Something Wonderful with Craig Rubano and Heather MacRae and Catch Us If You Can with Lee Lessack. He has performed solo shows several times at Jermyn Street Theatre, as well as at Covent Garden Theatre Museum, Dulwich Picture Gallery, Lauderdale House, Le Stanze, Giardini del Baraccano, (both Bologna), for two engagements at Don't Tell Mama - NYC, and for both Holland America and Saga cruises. Theatre credits as Musical Director include Dorothy Fields Forever (also performer, Kings Head), Unite For The Future (Old Vic), Helen Lederer's One Night Stand (national tour), Elegies (Arts), Nine (Teatro San Martino - Bologna), Assassins (New End), High Spirits (Bridewell), After The Fair (Kings Head), Bastien and Bastienne (BAC), Sunset Bitch (Ace Of Clubs - NYC), Let's Do It (Coombe Manor) and The Three Divas, Chalk and Cheese and Threesome, all at Jermyn Street Theatre. He also played piano on Romance Romance (Gielgud), Side By Side By Sondheim (Civic, Chelmsford and The Stables, Wavendon), Miss Saigon (Drury Lane & UK tour), The Lion King (Lyceum), Whistle Down The Wind (Aldwych) and The Producers (Drury Lane). Workshops include Rebecca, Marguerite, Charlotte: Life? Or Theatre? and Glitter And Twisted. For several years Nathan has worked on the MAC award winning show Simply Barbra starring Steven Brinberg, playing at Jermyn Street Theatre, the Arts Theatre, the Playhouse Theatre and the Shaw Theatre (London), the Pleasance Theatre - Edinburgh, L'Alp d'Huez, France and tours of the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore and the United States. He has also been Musical Director for such performers as Kaye Ballard, Brent Barrett, Deborah Boily, Rebecca Caine, David Campbell, Cantabile, Claiborne Cary, Jeff Harnar,Linzi Hateley, Jessica Martin, Marin Mazzie, Morag McLaren,Donna McKechnie, Robert Meadmore, Liliane Montevecchi, Liz Robertson, Christine Pedi, Gay Soper and Julie Wilson. He has made several albums including Simply Barbra - original London cast (TER), Lindsay Hamilton - It's Me!, Chris Coleman - Time For Roses, Jo Jo de la Cerna - Trust The Wind, Paul Hull - I Wish You Love, Marie Zamora - Comedies Musicales/Musiques de Films, James Gillan's self titled debut album, Linzi Hateley - True Colours and Gay Soper - Flying Fish and Fallen Angels. MARISSA DUNLOP made her first TV commercial aged 3 and her west-end debut at the age of 8 as Young Cosette in Les Miserables (Palace Theatre). As an adult, Marissa's west-end credits include Ruby in "Shout" (Arts Theatre), Sandy in "Grease" (Cambridge Theatre), Pearl in "Starlight Express" (Apollo Victoria Theatre), Serena in "Fame" (Cambridge and Aldwych Theatres), Martha Berelli in "The Rat Pack" (Strand Theatre) and Young Jenny in "Aspects of Love" (Prince of Wales Theatre). Marissa can also be seen as Martha Berelli in the DVD "The Rat Pack- live from Las Vegas" and plays Young Cossette on the Complete Symphonic recording of Les Miserables. Marissa originated the role of Alma in "Summer Holiday" at The Winter Gardens, Blackpool and played Truly Scrumptious to great acclaim in the first UK tour of "Chitty Chitty Bang Bang" and also at The Esplanade Theatre, Singapore. She has just finished creating the role of Chilli In "Santa Claus and the return of Jack Frost" at The Mayflower, Southampton. Marissa's film credits include Mary Ingram in Zefferelli's "Jane Eyre" (Rochester Films), the lead girl in "Wiper" (Independent) and Charlotte in "Duck" (Channel 4 Films). Television credits include Margaret in "Jeeves and Wooster" and Heather Harper in "The Upper Hand". Marissa has appeared in numerous commercials including campaigns for Nescafe, Clarks and Macdonalds. Marissa lives in Tunbridge Wells with her husband Leo and their two young sons.

NICOLE FARADAY is best known for her portrayal of Snowball Merriman, the glamorous murderess in two series of ITV's smash-hit television series BAD GIRLS. She is also familiar as former series regular Dr Heather Lincoln in BBC's CASUALTY. Recent television credits include DOCTORS, KINGDOM, THE BILL, BAD GIRLS-MOST WANTED, TIME GENTLEMEN PLEASE, 'ORRIBLE, AGONY, SURREALISM, CATHEDRAL and the role of Jerry Hall in THE MICK JAGGER STORY. Film work includes LAST TANGO IN CROYDEN, A FINE WINE, BAD GIRLS THE MUSICAL, GRANDMA'S FUNERAL, UNTOLD STORIES, TRIZONERS and THE EMPTY MIRROR. Nicole has appeared as a guest on several primetime TV shows -including GMTV, 5 LIVE! WITH RICHARD BACON, THIS MORNING, LOOSE LIPS, NIGHTFEVER, SMTV, THE TERRY AND GABY SHOW and as a discussion panellist on ITV's LOOSE WOMEN. Nicole trained in musical theatre at the Guildford School of Acting. In 1999 She played Agnetha in the Bill Kenwright national no. 1 Tour THANKYOU FOR THE MUSIC, subsequently joining ABBA GOLD and touring in Kenya alongside major UK concert and theatre venues. Next, she played the lead role of Virginia Jones in GRAB ME A GONDOLA as part of a musical revival season at The British Theatre Museum attended by the writers and some of the original cast. Other theatre work includes Liz in THE PRO'S, THE CONS AND A SCREW at the relaunched Derby Playhouse last year, HOGARTH at the Bridewell Theatre, NOT QUITE 'IT' at the Soho Theatre, BRIGHT at the Royal Court, THE LENNY BEIGE SHOW, NEWSREVUE, MEASURE FOR MEASURE, THE IMPORTANCE OF BEING EARNEST, SLEEPING BEAUTY at the Theatre Royal Norwich, BEAUTY AND THE BEAST at the Broadway, SNOW WHITE at the Devonshire Park, MARILYN THE MUSICAL in which she played Marilyn Monroe ; WEST END GIRLS at the Jersey Opera House and singing solo with Frank Renton's acclaimed concert brass in CAROL CONCERT WITH THE STARS for Leukaemia Research at The Royal Albert Hall, Christmas 2005 and again in 2009. In Spring 2006 Nicole portrayed the leading role of recording artist Eva Cassidy in the number one touring production OVER THE RAINBOW, performing to standing ovations up and down the country- a role she repeated to great acclaim when she took over from Faye Tozer towards the end of 2008. She performed as Marilyn Monroe again, among other roles, in the two hander AN AUDIENCE WITH THE MAFIA at the Apollo on Shaftesbury Avenue and spent a summer at The Arts theatre,Leicester Square in new musical ALL BOB'S WOMEN. Original musical recordings include GIRLFRIENDS (Cassie) and the new Ray Cooney musical STOP DREAMIN' (Olive). Nicole's ongoing project portraying the role of Shell Dockley in BAD GIRLS-THE MUSICAL including a showcase at the New Players theatre and a successful run at the West Yorkshire Playhouse, culminated with her reprising the role in the West End production at the Garrick for which she won the award for best supporting performance at the prestigious TMA awards 2006, and was a nominee for best supporting actress at the WOS Theatregoers Choice Awards 2007/8. She performed at the awards at the Lyric as part of the Perfect Pitch new musicals section. Her association with Perfect Pitch has also seen her perform in workshop versions of several new musicals including Over The Threshold and The Diary of Me. Nicole features on the original west end cast album and DVD of BAD GIRLS-THE MUSICAL.
