Fresh and direct from its recent UK run, renowned young people's theatre company Oily Cart is delighted to take its acclaimed and enchanting multi-sensory production of IN A PICKLE (based on Shakespeare's "The Winter's Tale") on a US tour - kicking off on April 18th at Brooklyn Academy Of Music.
Originally commissioned by the Royal Shakespeare Company as part of the World Shakespeare Festival 2012, this is a fully immersive and joyous theatre experience for children aged 3-5, their families and friends. The young audience will join the performers on a voyage of discovery through the landscapes of Shakespeare's imagination and the music of his language. This magical show also brings to a close the celebrations of Oily Cart's 35th anniversary year.
