On Wednesday, June 8, the English National Ballet performed their 'Strictly Gershwin' performance, presented by Raymond Gubbay and The Royal Albert Hall. BroadwayWorld brings you photo coverage of the dancers in performance below.
Strictly Gershwin payes homage to George Gershwin, the big band era and the razzmatazz of the thirties.
Gershwin's famously sassy tunes are adapted by Gareth Valentine for the production and Derek Deane's sensational choreography conjures up Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers nostalgia.
The dancers of English National Ballet are being joined by special guests and a live jazz orchestra for in the round dance spectacular.
Numbers are performed to Gershwin greats including An American in Paris, Rhapsody in Blue, Summertime, Strike up the Band, Someone to Watch over Me, 'S Wonderful, Shall We Dance, I Got Rhythm and more.
