Cast members of this year's Parr Hall panto will once again be spreading some festive cheer at the Golden Square Christmas lights switch-on.
The talented team, who will be bringing us Jack and the Beanstalk in January, are to entertain the crowds in Market Square on Friday 10 November from 6pm as part of a special free event to mark the official start of the Christmas period in Warrington.
They will be joining popular CBBC characters Dick and Dom, children's favourite Justin Fletcher, Warrington Wolves players and the man of the moment, Father Christmas.
Jack and the Beanstalk, which will be entertaining audiences at Parr Hall between 5-14 January, promises to be a giant of a pantomime, full of beans and packed with "fee, fi, fo, fun"!
After getting into big trouble with his mother for selling their cow for a handful of beans, Jack's dreams come true when they start to grow.
Tony Peers, of Tony Peers Productions which produces the panto, said: "Join Jack on the adventure of a lifetime as he outwits the giant and makes his fortune.
"This is a timeless tale which continues to capture the imagination of children of all ages.
"The cast are very excited to meet all the boys and girls of Warrington during the run in January and can't wait for an early visit in November to share in the magic of the Christmas lights switch-on."
Tickets for Jack and the Beanstalk are on sale now, with special offers available.
