Music for all Ages with Evelyn Grant and the RTÉ lyric fm quartet, November 14th-18th Cavan, Monaghan, Louth and Meath.

This is an engaging and entertaining RTÉ lyric fm outreach programme of live music performances in education and community settings. This year's RTÉ lyric fm Quartet is led by RTÉ lyric fm presenter Evelyn Grant (flute/piano); Mary McCague (violin/piano); Adrian Petcu (Viola); Gerry Kelly ('cello).

The quartet is presenting 10 concerts in the Cavan,Monaghan, Louth and Meath areas. The programme will take place in primary/post primary schools, care homes, and 3rd level institutions.

The RTÉ lyric fm Quartet gave their most recent performances over five days at the Bloom Festival in the Phoenix Park.

They have presented outreach programmes for RTÉ lyric fm, in Sligo, Leitrim, Roscommon, Westmeath, Carlow, Kilkenny, Wexford and Waterford.

All programmes are delivered within the concept of Life-long learning; -"Listen, Engage, Enjoy" and the programmes are tailored to the individual settings. These outreach concerts are provided free as part of RTÉ's public service commitment.

3pm Moorehall lodge Care Home, ardee, Co. Louth

Thursday 17th

10am : St. Louis Post Primary School, Dundalk

2.30 : Dundalk Institute of Technology, Dublin Road, Co. Louth

Friday 18th

10am St. Joseph's Mercy Primary School, Railway Street, Navan, Co. Meath

12 noon: Ratoath JNS Fairyhouse Rd,Ratoath,Co.Meath
