Marlowe Theatre Announces Discounted Discovery Tickets Program

Those aged 16 to 26 and full-time students (of any age) will benefit from Discovery Tickets. The discount applies to top price tickets for most week-long shows and also productions in The Marlowe Studio, with prices sitting around £8.

Tickets can be booked in the usual way (by calling the Box Office on 01227 787787, coming in to the theatre, or online at marlowetheatre.com) and can be collected on the day of the performance, when photo ID will need to be shown.

Theatre Director Mark Everett said: "This scheme gives you the chance to take a risk and try something new, or to see a West End show on a budget. We're excited to welcome a younger audience, and potentially our new generation of theatre-goers, into our venue."

The scheme follows in the footsteps of those successfully run at The National Theatre (Travelex) and the Royal Shakespeare Company (The RSC Key).

The next shows with Discovery Tickets are The Marlowe Comedy Cabaret (Saturday 28 September, £9), Simon Munnery (Saturday 5 October, £8) and Slava's Snowshow (Tuesday 8 - Saturday 12 October, £8).
