As TWIN PEAKS continues to thrill and delight audiences 25 years after the original, the eighth official Twin Peaks UK Festival returns to London in October when it opens at Art Deco Hornsey Town Hall. This year's festival promises to be even bigger, even better, with more baleful-yet-beautiful sinister undertones complementing the delightful tradition of immersing devoted enthusiasts in the unique world of Twin Peaks.

Founded by British writer and producer Lindsey Bowden in 2010, the annual event is a firm favourite with fans of the TV series and with cast members.

This year's festival is delighted to confirm the attendance of:
Sherilyn Fenn (Audrey Horne)
JameS Marshall (James Hurley)

Michael Horse (Deputy Tommy 'Hawk' Hill)

Kenneth Welsh (Windom Earle)
Sabrina Sutherland (Executive Producer)
Jake Wardle (Freddie Sykes in the current series)
Sean Bolger (Detailer current series)
Plus more names, Q&As, signings, events and more

Welcomed by The One Eyed Jacks girls (from the saloon of the same name), festival guests will have access to screenings from the show, and live performances from Lynch-inspired burlesque and cabaret act The Double R Club who produce very funny, very dark, sexy and nightmarish scenarios based on their favourite TP characters.

Hornsey Town Hall's beautiful building will be transformed into the legendary, creepy town; the main foyer will metamorphose into the Black Lodge while the downstairs bar will become The Roadhouse complete with live music.

Visitors will also stumble upon myriad surprises including a Mulholland Drive Jitterbug class and VIP and Blue Diamond ticket holders will also have the chance to step into recreations of the Great Northern Hotel bar.

A true highlight of the immersive event will see fans invited to experience the climax of the original Twin Peaks story, as they clamber into a train car to witness the brutal slaughter of Laura Palmer.

Outside, a misty picnic area will lead into the undercover courtyard where the Glass Box, an indelible image from early Twin Peaks: The Return will be the venue for the sinister Art Macabre to host their infamous death drawing sessions.

Other highlights:

· Screening of David Lynch's 1992 prequel Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me

· Screening of the new documentary David Lynch: The Art Life

· A rare chance to see Lynch's 1982 film The Elephant Man starring John Hurt and Anthony Hopkins

· Lynch-inspired short films

· Limitless cups of coffee, damn fine cherry pie and thousands of doughnuts

· Costume contest

· Twin Peaks Tattoo Parlour, quizzes, DJs, music and ... a mysterious muffin cabinet

· Autograph opportunities

Founder and Producer Lindsey Bowden says: "The Twin Peaks UK Festival was created in 2010 to celebrate the 20th anniversary of this iconic TV show. Thanks to recent re-runs there is now a whole new generation getting to know Twin Peaks, and it's great that once a year fans from all over the world can get together to celebrate their favourite series. Now the show is back on our TV screens, this year's festival is all about looking back over the past 25 years, and at the future of the

show; celebrating the world of Twin Peaks within the context of David Lynch's wider body of work. It promises to be a very special festival indeed."

The Twin Peaks UK Festival is under license by CBS Consumer Products.
