Lazarus Theatre Compay will present William Shakespeare's Richard III, today, 4th-29th March 2014, Tuesday-Saturday at 8:00pm at The Blue Elephant Theatre.
Shakespeare's blood thirsty and thrilling play comes to the stage in a major new production Directed by Gavin Harrington-Odedra that sees the Blue Elephant Theatre transformed into the battlefields of England.
Returning to the company Roseanna Morris plays the role of Queen Elizabeth and Natalie Harper the role of Queen Margaret. Making his Lazarus debut, Prince Plockey plays our tyrannical King Richard.
They will be joined by Rhys Bevan (Richmond), Dyfed Cynan (Buckingham), Josh Jewkes (Hastings), Kerry Willison-Parry (Duchess of York), Catherine Thorncombe (Lady Anne), Tom Jobson (Catesby), George Jovanovic (Clarence), Alex Good (Stanley), Ethan Chapples (Rivers / Lord Mayor), Lawrence B Toye (Grey / Page / Brackenbury), and Elliott Bornemann (Dorset / Ratcliffe). All other roles are played by the company
