The stand-up comic, TV presenter and all-round entertainer is returning with a brand new show, Terribly Funny, containing jokes about all kinds of terrible things, terrible things that might have affected you or people you know and love.
But they're just jokes, they are not the terrible things; having political correctness at a comedy show is like having health and safety at a rodeo.
"Now you've been warned, buy a ticket," is the order given to anyone considering coming along to one of the two shows at Parr Hall on Saturday 26 September 2020.
A man who has devoted his life to crafting perfect jokes and left a trail of laughter in his wake, Jimmy Carr has been on the stand-up scene for more than a decade and a half.
He has won the British Comedy Award for 'best live stand-up tour' and been nominated for the Perrier Award.
This latest tour promises to cement his position as one of the most popular comedians in the country.
Tickets are on sale now; visit parrhall.culturewarrington.org or call Box Office on 01925 442345.
