Malan Breton, in association with Ray Rackham Theatrical, presents the London cabaret debut of internationally renowned fashion designer, Malan Breton, in an intimate, song-filled cabaret at the Crazy Coqs for one very special night.
On 18th February, 2019, Malan Breton will perform a once-in-a-lifetime cabaret of musical theatre and standard torch songs, to celebrate London Fashion week. Discovered as a model in the 1990s, Breton modelled for the top fashion photographers in the world. He has appeared globally on TV, stage, and in film. He has featured on Project Runway, America's Next Top Model, China's Next Top Model, Australia's Next Top Model, The Real Housewives of NYC, the Real Housewives of Beverley Hills, MTV's Detox, and his own TV show featured on the Bravo network, called The Malan Show.
As a danseur, Breton has danced with Paula Abdul, Missy Elliot, Puffy Combs, Anne Reinking, and many others. As a performer since the age of seven, he has appeared in productions globally, even lending his name for charity to Broadway Cares Equity Fights Aids, Easter Bonnet. His voice can be heard in campaigns for Sothebys, Banana Republic, ABC, and he was the voice of ESPN's Xtreme Sports. He has appeared as a commentator for MTV News, E News, NBC's The Today Show, Fox Morning Show, CBS Morning Show, and OK! Magazine, where he had his own column, Malan's Musings.
He is also an award winning film director, and has produced shows for TV, film, and theatre. In 2017, Breton's theatrical piece, Everywhere at the End of Time, as performed at Madison Square Garden to a sold out audience. As an actor, Breton last appeared opposite the Academy Award winner Celeste Holm in the film, College Debts, and was one of the models in the 2001 film Zoolander.
Malan Breton: Me and My Shadow is presented in association with Ray Rackham Theatrical, with musical direction by Broadwayworld and Off-West-End Award winning musical director, Jordan Li- Smith. It will feature special guests from the world of film, TV and entertainment.
War Child UK is a charity committed to protecting and supporting children affected by armed conflict. It aims to empower children to claim their rights, develop to their full potential and contribute to a peaceful future for themselves and their communities. Together, War Child helps children and young people make their voices heard. Proceeds from this very special evening will be donated to War Child to assist with its important work with children, world-wide.
