How to Hide a Lion - made in collaboration by Pigtails Productions, Polka Theatre and Oxford Playhouse - is at Theatre Royal Winchester on Monday 22 and Tuesday 23 October.
When a lion is chased out of town, a little girl, Iris, helps him find somewhere to hide. As misinformed town folk try and track him down, Irish embarks on a mission to squash her new friend into a variety of sneaky tight spots.
Adapted from Helen Stephens' magical book, How to Hide a Lion is brought to life with playful humour, dazzling puppetry and toe-tapping jazz. The delightful production is suitable for everyone aged 3+ and forms part of the venue's busy half-term programme of accessible family theatre.
How to Hide a Lion is at Theatre Royal Winchester on Monday 22 and Tuesday 23 October. Tickets are available online at theatreroyalwinchester.co.uk and from the Box Office on 01962 840 440.
