The Landor Theatre has announced three of the largest shows in musical theatre history for what is set to be their most ambitious and exciting season this Autumn. Carousel by Rodgers and Hammerstein, Gypsy by Styne, Laurents and Sondheim and Ragtime by Flaherty, Ahrens and McNally.
As of yet, cast and creatives have not been officially announced other than their respective directors. Carousel will be directed by Jeremy Lloyd Thomas, Gypsy will be directed by Andrew Keates (Bent, Just So, Conjugal Rites) and Ragtime will be directed by Robert McWhir (Artistic Director of The Landor Theatre, Follies, I Love You Because, Closer Than Ever).
All three productions will boast an impressively large cast and re-imagination of the pieces to suit one of London's most respected and intimate fringe venues. Pre-booking is strongly advised for all three productions. Tickets will go on sale on Friday 3rd June 2011 for all three shows both from the box office and online.
