After wowing the venue's audiences with their smash hit SHIFT last October, The Point is delighted that Barely Methodical Troupe return this spring with another red-hot, 5-star piece of circus.
KIN explores group dynamics and camaraderie; with the company's physical prowess deftly deployed, as tumbling, flying and catching become challenges and opportunities for individual bids for recognition. Audiences will watch in awe as the talented troupe display high-octane circus skills, incredible feats of strength, hand-to-hand balancing, acrobatics and routines on a Cyr wheel: a large, spinning, steel wheel.
Barely Methodical Troupe is one of the country's most exciting circus and acrobatic companies, taking critics and audiences by storm. KIN features acrobats Jonathan Bendtsen, Jean-Daniel Broussé, Beren D'Amico, Louis Gift and Nikki Rummer, They will perform alongside international Cyr Wheel specialist Charlie Wheeller, a founding member of the company who was born and raised in Eastleigh and studied at Barton Peveril College.
KIN is at The Point, Eastleigh on 28th February and 1st March. Tickets start from £14 with £12 concessions and £8 for students. To find out more and book tickets visit www.thepointeastleigh.co.uk or call the Box Office on 023 8065 2333.
