Stage Acts Entertainment's smash hit tribute to one of the greatest movie soundtracks of all time, An Evening of Dirty Dancing: The Tribute Show is embarking on the autumn leg of its UK tour with a re-vamped production and a sparkly new cast. The show is a fully choreographed, theatrical celebration of the soundtrack to the iconic movie, Dirty Dancing.

Joining existing cast members Matt Firth (Fame, Tonight's the Night), Lucy Hope-Borne, Stephanie Ticknall-Smith (Liza, Liza, Liza) and Laura Ellis will be Carla Nella who recently made her West End debut in Judy Cramer's Spice Girls musical Viva Forever at the Piccadilly Theatre, Thomas Wright who played Max in the critically acclaimed and multi-award nominated musical The Streets at London's Cockpit Theatre and Hackney Empire respectively. Lucy Glover (We Will Rock You) and recent graduates Daniel Hope and Robért Emile complete the cast.

An Evening of Dirty Dancing: The Tribute Show is a sell-out spectacular originally directed by Paul Spicer (Notes from New York, Avenue Q, The Last 5 Years, Taboo) with choreography by Leanne Harwood (Mamma Mia!, Footloose). Dirty Dancing boasts the greatest movie soundtrack of all time and all the hits are here, superbly performed in this fast moving, slickly choreographed theatrical treat. Songs include: Big Girls Don't Cry, Hey Baby, Wipeout, Do You Love Me, Hungry Eyes and, of course, the Oscar-winning (I've Had) The Time of My Life.

The autumn leg of the tour opens at the Wycombe Swan Theatre on 7 September and goes on to visit; Westcliff Theatre in Clacton, Rothes Halls in Glenrothes, The Victoria in Halifax, Glasgow Pavilion, Lincoln Theatre Royal, Lichfield Garrick, Civic Hall Bedworth, Key Theatre in Peterborough, Webster Theatre in Arbroath, The Hawth in Crawley and The Forum in Barrow-In-Furness.

The show's producer Stage Acts Entertainment said "The atmosphere is always electric. There's something about this soundtrack that ignites even the dullest of days. We totally encourage our audience to get up and dance and sing and immerse themselves in the summer of '63". Please note this production is not affiliated with Dirty Dancing: The Classic Story on Stage in the West End or on tour in the UK or worldwide.
