The six time award-winning BARBERSHOPERA! are back with a brand new show for 2013, touring the UK with their fourth a cappella comedy musical "THE THREE MUSKETEERS" from August 2013.

Reinventing Alexandre Dumas' much-loved novel, THE THREE MUSKETEERS is a fast-paced ride through the classic swashbuckling adventure, retold through the medium of four-part a cappella harmony! The headstrong and feisty Nicole d'Artagnan heads to Paris to illicit the help of the King's Musketeers to lift the jam-roly-poly embargo on her sleepy village. The three 'heroes' she encounters are not what she was expecting and together they must be whipped into shape to defeat the villainous Cardinal Rich Tea in time for the King's Birthday Ball.

Equipped with their unique and hilarious storytelling style, Barbershopera! take on the epic story of the three famed swordsmen with a cast of four ludicrously talented singers. Highly lauded for their innovative lyrics, wildly delightful storytelling and phenomenal close harmony singing, audiences are left cheering, holding their sides with laughter and calling out for more. All for fun and fun for all! Prepare to battle corruption, femme fatales and some seriously murky undertakings in this rambunctious romp for all the family.

Barbershopera! is a comedy barbershop quartet who since 2007 have been charming audiences across the UK and internationally with their award-winning work, with their first show "Barbershopera!" also being adapted into a radio play for BBC Radio 4. Barbershopera! are currently in South Korea where they are opening the 2013 International Musical Theatre Festival.

The cast for 2013 features Laura Darton as 'Nicole D'Artagnan/Cardinal Rich Tea', Pete Sorel Cameron as 'King Louis of France/Aramis', Harry Stone as 'Porthos/Milady' and Russell Walker as 'Athos/Duke of Buckingham'.

Laura Darton has recently graduated from Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts and will be making her professional debut in The Three Musketeers. Pete Sorel Cameron joined Barbershopera! in 2009 and has been performing with them across the UK for four years, most notably at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Harry Stone was recently seen as 'Mickey' in "Payback The Musical" at London's Riverside Studios and 'Sebastian' in "The Tempest" for Shakespeare 4 Kidz. Russell Walker will be joining the cast of "Wicked" after his time with Barbershopera!. Other theatre credits include 'Gad' and 'Butler' in "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat" at the Adelphi Theatre, 'Father Frank Jr' in "Saturday Night Fever" at the Apollo Victoria Theatre and "Mamma Mia!" at the Prince Edward Theatre.
