As Told By Productions and Greenwich Theatre present Jason Robert Brown's The Last Five Years.
A modern love story for a new generation, The Last Five Years is an emotionally powerful and intimate musical about two New Yorkers in their twenties who fall in and out of love over the course of five years. Cathy tells her story backwards, while Jamie tells his chronologically and they meet only once, at their wedding in the middle of the show.
The Last Five Years is written by Tony Award winner, Jason Robert Brown. The critically acclaimed show won the 2002 Drama Desk Awards for Best Music and Best Lyrics. As well as The Last Five Years Jason Robert Brown's successes include Songs for a New World and Parade.
From the team behind the critically acclaimed European premiere of Ryan Scott Oliver's 35MM: A Musical Exhibition comes a brand new production of Robert Brown's hugely popular musical, which will run at Greenwich Theatre, London in May 2014 before a run at Brighton Fringe later that month (details to be announced).
