Four West End artists will join forces to present A West End Musical Christmas on Tuesday 16 December 2014 4pm & 7.30pm at Snape Malting Concert Hall, Aldeburgh.

Alison Jiear, Damian Humbley, Jo Gibb and Andrew Playfoot will perform with a live band to sing timeless Christmas classics with hit songs from musicals you'll know and adore including The King & I, Showboat, The Sound of Music, Carousel, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang and many many more.

Alison Jiear is an accomplished vocalist, concert artist and session singer with over 25 years of experience in the industry. Alison received a 2004 Laurence Olivier Award nomination for the role she portrayed in Jerry Springer the Opera, and has previously performed in The Frank & Ella Show and Les Miserables). She is lead vocalist for this year's concert straight from performing at the Royal Albert Hall in their Christmas celebrations. She will be appearing in the New Wolsey Theatre's spring season in her solo show Here Comes The Girls.

Damian Humbley is currently appearing in Forbidden Broadway in the West End. He has recently appeared in Merrily We Roll Along at the Menier Chocolate Factory/West End, Company for Sheffield Theatres, and as Max in Lend Me A Tenor The Musical at The Gielgud Theatre.

Jo Gibb is best known for her portrayal of Rumpleteaser in Cats, also featuring in the DVD recording. She has performed in Disney's Beauty and the Beast (Dominion Theatre); as Columbia in the national tour of The Rocky Horror Show; and as Pearl in the final cast of Starlight Express (Apollo Theatre, Victoria)

Andrew Playfoot professional career began in the mid 90's in Five Guy's Named Moe for Cameron Mackintosh. His West End credits include Grease, Bombay Dreams, Peggy Sue Got Married and Jerry Springer The Opera, and played the role of Nathan Detroit in Guys And Dolls after Patrick Swayze.
