Heller Theatre @ Henthorne is proud to present the winner of our 2008-09 International Original Play Contest, "Bricks" by Ron Radice. "Bricks" will be presented as a staged reading on January 23rd at 8 pm, and on Sunday January 24th at 2 pm.

It's just another evening at home for Patti and Petey, a not-so-happy couple in a not-so-happy land. Everything is as it always has been, until bricks start coming through the window. An absurdist comedy about adjusting to what we don't have the courage to change, "Bricks" receives its world premiere production as the winner of Heller's 2008-2009 Original Play Contest.

The staged reading of "Bricks" features Tom Berenson, Joel Cheatham, Rhonda Gallagher, and Rena Borg. Frank Gallagher directs. Tickets are $5.

Heller Theatre has moved to a new location. Heller @ Henthorne is located at 4825 S. Quaker. Call 746-5065 for more information, or visit our website at www.hellertheatre.com.

Heller Theatre is part of the Park and Recreation Department of the City of Tulsa. Heller has been producing contemporary plays since 1981. The same three member staff (Julie Tattershall, Frank Gallagher and Erin Scarberry) operates and manages botH Clark Theatre and Heller Theatre.
