The Toronto Consort presents a program featuring Olde Madrigals and Folk Songs on April 4, 2025. This concert will showcase a talented ensemble that includes soprano Sinéad White, countertenor Nicholas Burns, and bass Martin Gomes, among others. Under the new leadership of conductor and countertenor Daniel Taylor, with Dame Emma Kirkby as Honorary Patron, the performance will explore historical repertoire and celebrate diverse voices in early music. This event is part of the 2024-2025 season, which emphasizes community engagement and the inclusion of emerging artists.
