8:00-9:15 p.m. - The Musicians In Ordinary, St. Michael’s College Schola Cantorum, sopranos Christina Haldane and Maureen Fergusson, alto Rebecca Claborn, tenor Robert Kinar and bass Peter Warren perform Membra Jesu Nostri (“The most holy limbs of our suffering Jesus”) by Danish-German composer Dieterich Buxtehude (1637-1707). The seven-part oratorio describes the feet, knees, hands, sides, breast, heart, and face of the crucified body of Jesus. The other instrumentalists are Rezan Onen Lapointe, violin; Matt Antal and Eleanor Verrette, viola; Felix Deak, bass violin; Matthew Whitfield, organ; and John Edwards, theorbo.
