Performing Dance Arts (http://www.PerformingDanceArts.ca), Toronto's leading dance studio for children of all skill levels, is pleased to announce that professional dancer and entertainer Bobby Newberry will be serving as a guest teacher for its summer dance classes taking place from August 13-15.
"We are thrilled for Bobby Newberry to be taking part in our intensive summer dance classes," says Ashley Daychak, artistic director at Performing Dance Arts. "He has created a big name for himself in the dance industry and having him teach at our dance studios in Toronto over the summer will be great for our young dancers."
In addition to touring with the Jump Tour, one of the most recognized dance conventions in the world, Newberry has extended his talents into the music industry, releasing an EP titled The Newberry Special earlier this year.
"What's inspiring about seeing someone like Newberry is that he's already done so much, but is always pushing himself to do more," Daychak adds. "He wants to continue to explore new talents while still doing amazing things with dance."
"Performing Dance Arts is currently taking registrations for its summer dance camps. There are currently openings in the Princess and Super Hero Camps for girls and boys ages three to six, as well as the Power Dance Camp for ages seven to 10," Daychak concludes. "In addition, registering before August for Performing Dance Arts' 2014/2015 dance season comes with 'early bird' benefits."
