The Second City is proud to present two holiday shows this season with Eat, Buy, Repeat: The Second City's Guide To The Holidays, perfect for family or office holiday parties; and What The Elf?!?, funny for the whole family!

Eat, Buy, Repeat: The Second City's Guide to the Holidays will poke fun at all festive follies the season offers like short-fused shoppers, Chrismukkah keeners and frenzied families. On stage November 24, 2016 to January 5, 2017, Eat, Buy, Repeat is full of original songs, hilarious new sketches, plus Second City favourites from holidays past.

Eat, Buy, Repeat is written and performed by The Second City Touring Company (TourCo), featuring Sharjil Rasool (DiverCity, Odd Squad), Aimee Ambroziak (Superdude and Doctor Rude), Colin Munch (Bad Dog, Uncalled For) and Allana Reoch (Panacea!) with returning ensemble members Nadine Djoury (Newborn Moms, The Naughty Listers) and Greg Cochrane (The Sketchersons). Eat, Buy, Repeat is directed by Leslie Seiler, with stage manager Nat Moore and musical director Jordan Armstrong.

What the Elf?!? is a holiday show with matinee performances created just for kids ... and their parents. What the Elf?!? makes fun of the silliest festive traditions from flying reindeer to waiting in line for a pic with Santa, and allows the audience to become a part of the story using improv and audience participation!

On stage from December 17, 2016 - January 1, 2017 What the Elf?!? is performed by The Second City Family Company (FamilyCo) featuring PHATT al (God Made Me Funky, Bob Curry Fellowship), Rakhee Morzaria (Bad Dog Theatre Feature Player), Daphney Joseph (Coko & Daphney), Josh Murray (Songbuster), and Paul Barnes (TVO's Hi Opie!). What the Elf?!? is directed by Leslie Seiler, with stage manager Georgia Brown-Priestly and musical director Ayaka Kinugawa. What the Elf?!? features original songs by Jay McCarrol of electro-pop band Brave Shores.

The Fall 2016 Mainstage Revue, Come What Mayhem, continues with performances until January 29, 2017, including two special shows on New Year's Eve with champagne, signature cocktails, and party favours.

The Second City FamilyCo will remount the hit family-friendly show Superdude and Doctor Rude from January 3 - 7, 2017! Superdude and Doctor Rude is a wild musical adventure with audience participation as the good guys fight super-villains with jet packs, secret lairs, and selfies.
