Created thanks to the financial collaboration of the Gouvernement du Québec and the Ville de Montréal, this newest addition to Montréal’s festival roster will add yet another way for the city to shine on the world’s cultural scene.
MONTRÉAL COMPLÈTEMENT CIRQUE will feature shows large and small, from in theatre performances to big-top spectacles.
MONTRÉAL COMPLÈTEMENT CIRQUE will take place in three main areas of town: TOHU, the Quays of the Old Port of Montréal and the Quartier Latin. A number of cultural hot-spots are also in on the fun: Usine C, the Lion d’Or, Olympia and Espace Go. As well, for this first edition, Dalhousie Station and several Montréal neighbourhoods, including Hochelaga-Maisonneuve and Sainte-Geneviève, will be jumping on the circus bandwagon, presenting performances that encourage audience participation and, in the blink of an eye, turn spectators into players or extras.
Tickets for all shows will be available starting Saturday, April 24, 2010, through Admission Network. For more details about the calendar of shows visit www.montrealcompletementcirque.com.Videos
