Young People's Theatre (YPT) has a March Break Week that's jam-packed with family fun and adventure, including daily performances of the musical James and the Giant Peach, FREE activities, and March Break Drama Camp!
Join James and his delightfully disparate chosen family of entomological misfits for their perilous, peachy escape towards happiness in Roald Dahl's beloved children's classic, James and the Giant Peach. A musical that's sure to delight everyone from age 6 and up.
Directed by Nina Lee Aquino, James and the Giant Peach features Bruce Dow, Amir Haidar, Shruti Kothari, Amy Lee, Robert Markus, Matt Nethersole, Amaka Umeh, and Jennifer Villaverde. The Creative Team includes Musical Director Jason Jestadt, Choreographer Nicola Pantin, Set Designer Teresa Pryzbylski, Costume Designer Joanna Yu, Lighting Designer Rebecca Picherack, Sound Designer Derek Bruce, and Stage Manager Andrea Schurman.

Come early so your kids can colour their favourite insect characters from James and the Giant Peachand be inspired to create their very own characters. Kids can also join the scavenger hunt where they'll travel around the building to find answers to clues about YPT's history and its programs, then submit their answers for a chance to win tickets to a future show!
