Frank Ingrasciotta to Bring BLOOD TYPE: RAGU to 2015 Winnipeg Fringe Festival

Actor/Playwright Frank Ingrasciotta will perform his acclaimed one-man play Blood Type: RAGU next at the 2015 Winnipeg Fringe Festival in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.

This will be Blood Type: RAGU's first international booking. Ingrasciotta, gives a tour-de-force performance portraying over 20 characters who live, love and laugh, in this wonderfully moving and genuinely funny solo play that explores an immigrant child's delicate dance between culture and identity. Its universal themes resonate to anyone who has a family.

" The Off-Broadway production ran at the Actors Playhouse for a commercial run where the New York Times called it, "a garrulous and enlightening production with a lasting rewarding flavor." It just returned from an acclaimed Buffalo run at the historic Shea's Performing Arts Center, where it was produced by Tony Award winner and Broadway League Touring CEO Albert Nocciolino. It has been awarded top honors at the United Solo Festival for Best Comic Actor and Best Comedic Script. It has also toured theaters and performing arts centers in Albany, Atlanta, Connecticut, New Jersey, Long Island, Staten Island, and Atlantic City.
