Stageworthy Podcast, Canada's #1 theatre podcast, will release its 100th episode on October 31, 2017. Since launching on January 3 2016, Stageworthy host Phil Rickaby has presented interviews with Canadian theatre makers like indie darling Rebecca Perry, Stratford Festival actor, Evan Buliung, Soulpepper Artistic Director Albert Schultz, Physical Performance Wiz Kids Sex T-Rex, playwright Rosamund Small, and many more.

"Stageworthy has never been a traditional interview podcast," Says host Phil Rickaby, "each time I sit down with a guest, I want it to be more like a conversation. There are no set questions, and I never know where the conversation is going to go. All I really know, is that I want to find out what this guest is passionate about, what it is that made them choose a life in the theatre, and what keeps them going."

"The past 100 episodes have primarily been focused on Toronto artists, because that's where I'm from," Rickaby said, looking forward to the next 100 episodes, "But I want to make the podcast truly more Canadian, by having theatre makers from all over the country on the podcast." Rickaby also plans to introduce regular panel discussions, like a playwrights roundtable, an indie artists roundtable, and more.
