Terminus was the smash-hit of this year's Summerworks Festival and is now the inaugural presentation in the Off-Mirvish Season. Directed by Mitchell Cushman and written by Mark O'Rowe, the story is a unique type of 'Irish Rap Opera' which involves three interconnected tales told in a 'campfire' format. Starring Maev Beaty, Ava Jane Markus and Adam Kenneth Wilson, the show explores some dark and harrowing subject matter using descriptive rhyme.
After selling out at Summerworks, Mirvish Productions picked the show up for a remount at the stunning Royal Alexandra Theatre. The new production is a bit longer, clocking in at 90 minutes, and has the audience sitting on stage at the history Royal Alex with the backdrop of the theatre's high ceilings, paintings and chandeliers serving to further enhance the tale.
BWW is thrilled to bring its readers a video from the new production. Check it out below!
Tickets can be purchased in person at the box office, by phone at 416-872-1212 or online at www.mirvish.com. A limited number of same-day rush tickets are also available.
