Alumnae Theatre Company Seeks Directors For 2014-15 Season; Deadline Jan 26

Alumnae Theatre Company is inviting non-union directors to submit proposals to direct for the following two shows in its 2014/2015 season.

Escape From Happiness by George F. Walker

September 26 - October 11, 2014 • Mainstage

Blood Relations by Sharon Pollock

January 23 - February 7, 2015 • Mainstage

Submission Deadline: January 26, 2014; Interview Dates: January 29 and 30, 2014.

Scripts: Reading copies are available at Theatre Ontario (401 Richmond Street West, Suite 350 - near Spadina) and at the Toronto Reference Library, 5th floor, Performing Arts Desk.

Please submit an e-letter of interest to Chantale by January 26, 2014. This should include your résumé and the title of the play for which you're going to pitch.

At the interview, you will present a proposal to the Directors' Selection Committee outlining your ideas for a full production. A template detailing what a Director's proposal includes is available upon request.
