LA Opera presents Giacomo Puccini's thrilling masterpiece, Tosca, conducted by Music Director James Conlon. The final mainstage presentation of the company's 2016/17 season, Tosca is a revival of the production staged by the company in 2013, directed by Tony and Olivier Award winner John Caird. There will be seven performances from April 22 through May 13, taking place at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion (135 North Grand Avenue, Los Angeles CA 90012).

On May 13, 20. & 21, 2017, Long Beach Opera (LBO) will present the highly anticipated Southern California premiere of As One, an inspiring story about identity, authenticity and compassion by composer Laura Kaminsky with librettists Mark Campbell and Kimberly Reed. 

On May 4, 2017, LA Opera will present soprano Anna Netrebko and tenor Yusif Eyvazov in concert with the LA Opera Orchestra, conducted by Jader Bignamini. The concert will take place at 7:30pm at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion, located at 135 North Grand Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90012.

LA Opera professional artists will once again collaborate with nearly 500 amateur members of the Los Angeles musical community to present two performances of Benjamin Britten's Noah's Flood this spring at the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels. A revival of the production originally staged by Sir Peter Hall during the company's inaugural season, Salome stars soprano Patricia Racette in the title role, her fifth leading role in Los Angeles. Performances run February 18 through March 19.
